basic policies and general information

1. Refunds are given only on an individual case basis. There are absolutely no refunds of any kind given to international orders. Insurance cannot be purchased for international orders. We suggest that domestic customers buy insurance. We do not issue any refunds  for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise. Please protect yourself with USPS insurance.

2. We ship Monday through Friday; we don’t ship on weekends.  All orders are shipped either in a USPS flat rate priority envelope or priority  box. There isn’t any indication on the outside of the package of whats inside. The return address will read We ship anywhere and  everywhere but international customers must be aware of and abide by  all pertinent laws pertaining to importing materials purchased on  this website. We are not responsible for any items held by your countries customs or any taxes levied on your shipment.

3. In the event that there is an issue with your order please contact us by phone 702 622 6550 or go to the website and e-mail us with your concerns.

4. Payments must be through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to  use your credit card but it is much faster. Paypal is a secured site so feel confortable to use your credit cards. Paypal also offers e-check, where they take the funds from your bank account. This takes a few days  longer to confirm. Once your order is confirmed from Paypal your items are shipped the next day. If you cannot pay through Paypal please contact us for other possible options but using Paypal is the fastest way to receive your merchandise.

5. After placing your order and paying through Paypal you will receive from us a confirmation e-mail with the date your order will be shipped. Once your items are shipped you will receive another e-mail with your tracking code. The USPS doesn’t offer tracking codes for international shipping. Most orders are received within 3-5 days within the continental US. If you don’t receive this information then we may have an incorrect e-mail address for you. Please contact us.

6. If you need to cancel an order and the merchandise has been shipped please contact us of the return. The parcel MUST NOT have been opened. If the package has been opened we will ship it back and bill you for the return postage.

7. We do not sell or share your information with anyone at any time.

8. All orders must be shipped to your home or business address. We will  not ship to a third party.
